Despite the impressive power of the Miele S6270 Red Velvet's high-output motor, this vacuum cleaner is remarkably quiet. The Miele Red Velvet's extra dampening materials, thoughtfully designed motor suspension and unique motor make the S6 series the quietest Miele vacuums.. Miele's exclusive 12-stage AirClean Sealed System construction features Miele's Air Clean filter that retains 99.95% of particles down to 0.5 of a micron and 94% of particles down to 0.3 of a micron. The filter lasts as long as four dustbags. Active AirClean and Active HEPA filters also may be used. The 3.7 quart AirClean dustbag provides additional filtration and features a self-closing collar that automatically seals the bag as soon as the dust compartment lid is opened. The Miele Red Velvet vacuum cleaner also includes a natural bristle dusting brush, upholstery nozzle and a crevice tool. Other standard features include an impressive 33-foot operating radius, stainless steel telescopic wand, one-touch automatic cord rewind, safety shut-off to prevent overheating, dustbag change indicator and space-saving storage bracket on side of vacuum.
